Acceptance of Terms

By accessing MySEODesk.com ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any future modifications. If you do not agree to these terms, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately. Continued use of the Site following any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Site Purpose and Scope

MySEODesk.com is a personal portfolio and professional services website operated by Greg, a full-stack developer based in the USA and Colombia. The Site showcases completed projects, technical skills, professional services, and contact information. It is intended for informational and marketing purposes. The Site also includes an AI-powered chat assistant to answer visitor questions about projects and services.

AI Chat Assistant Disclaimer

The Site includes an AI-powered chat assistant that uses a large language model (Groq's Llama 3.3 70B) to respond to visitor questions. Responses are generated automatically and are provided for informational and conversational purposes only. The AI assistant may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Users should not rely on chat responses for critical business decisions, legal advice, or technical implementations without independent verification. Rate limits apply to prevent abuse (10 messages per minute per session).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or overload the contact form or chat system
• Attempt to exploit, hack, or probe the Site's infrastructure
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site -- including text, design, code, and images -- is the property of Greg unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content without permission.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to MySEODesk through the contact form, by email, or during a project conversation, you agree to receive SMS messages from us related to your inquiry, project, or services. The MySEODesk SMS program is a one-on-one conversational and customer-care service used to confirm appointments, send project updates, answer client questions, and deliver account notifications. We do not send promotional, marketing, or bulk text messages.

• Frequency: Message frequency varies based on project activity. Most clients receive only occasional messages.
• Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply, charged by your mobile carrier. MySEODesk does not charge for messages.
• HELP: Reply HELP at any time to receive assistance, or contact [email protected] / (434) 236-9027.
• STOP: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After replying STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
• Carriers: Supported carriers include T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Boost, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Greg makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided on the Site or through the AI chat assistant. Greg is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Site, reliance on its content, or inability to access the Site.
